Dear Brethren, Friends and Family
Ni sa bula. (we are 17 hours ahead of CST on Monday
  time)

This is to let you know that over the next couple of days we will be under the
spell of cyclone Tomas. Tomas is already hitting the northern island of Vanua
Levu and is expected to start making its presence felt on our island later today.
Right now it is calm with heavy cloudy and very humid. It is expected to reach
a strength of category 4 cyclone with winds 86-107 knots (100-124 mph), with
a central pressure of 945-910 hps.

Josua has been up on Vanua Levu all last week teaching new converts.
When I called his last night he said the winds and rains were just starting.
Where he is they are suppose to get hit the hardest by the winds and rain. We
are on the West side of the South Island, Vili Levu and the eye of the storm
it supposed to pass over 180 miles east of us. We will get some wind and rain
(which we need) and Suva will have high winds and heavy rain. I have all the
shutters ready to go on and the sandbags lined up, water stored, the generator
full of fuel and fresh batteries in all the flashlights (torches). A song in
my heart and a pray on my lips!
Please pray for Josua's safety. He also has the youngest two children with him,
  Kathy and Shad.
Then there is cyclone Ului which developed at the same time north of Vanuatu.
It is headed Northwest and the latest warnings were for the Solomon Islands
where we also have brethren. It is a category 5 cyclone which is the strongest.
It is supposed to bear west then turn south and then back east later this week.
We will be watching Ului because storms in that area have been know to come
back east far enough to endanger islands again. It could go into Australia.

We submitted for our resident visas but have heard nothing yet. All
this week will be a write off for any government work. So please continue your
prayers for our visas as well as for the safety of the people of Fiji and the
Solomons as these storms pass through

Thank you all so much for your support and prayers.
Your seed sowing workers in the Kingdom.
